FPC-CT : Freeze Protection Cable – Constant Watt type with inbuilt temperature limiter, is designed for “on pipe” applications.

FPC-CT is a twin conductor series resistance heating cable comprising of resistance elements provided with primary insulation of PTFE, then metal sheath on twin conductor and Polyolefin outer jacket. They terminate on cold leads of 2.0m length with plug.

Temperature limiter / Thermostat, a control element is incorporated inbuilt to control switching power “on” and “off” to the heating cable depending upon the surface temperature of the water pipeline. Preset Thermostat / Temperature limiter operates at a factory set temperature to “switch on” at about < 5°C and “switch off” at about 15°C.
