HEATING CABLES - HC3/EX-HC3 - for industries and hazardous areas.

Thermo Heating Cable HC3 are the hardy and tough heating cable. When the ambient runs low, strap our workhorse heating cable and keep the fluid flow.

Heating Cable HC3 maintains temperatures in pipelines and storage tanks to keep fluids in flow state. They are the ideal for process heating requirements in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Chemicals & Fertilizers, Metallurgical, Cement, Pharma, Food and Edible oil industries.
Construction
Heating Cable HC3 is a series type heating cable with single conductor (multistrand, spiraled) heating element with a primary PTFE (Teflon) insulation, metal braid and an outer PTFE sheath. Each length of heating cable HC3 requires termination kits with cold lead for power connection.
   
  FEATURES
Standards  Tested to IEC 62086-1 requirements.
Approvals  ATEX Certified for use in hazardous area.
Sturdy  Outer metallic braid makes it robust and suited to hostile conditions.
Uniform Heating  Generates the same rated heat output all along its length.
High Temperature  Can be used for heat up to 180ºC and withstand temperature of 260ºC.
Easy to install  Requires no special tools & tackles to install.
Long life
 PTFE insulation used has excellent electrical properties and is burning resistant, inert to most of the  chemicals,  virtually non-ageing and can withstand high temperature continuously.
Range  Wide range of linear resistances per meter and can be designed for longer lengths.
Custom Built  Cables to suit specific needs with insulation of Silicon Rubber, PVC and other combinations can be  manufactured.
